All products are cut terribly...fits huge and blocky...customer service lies about return options as they won't actually go pick up the returned shipment. I got the items sent back to me and now since it's been 6 months, PayPal can't help. This company will avoid your issues until they can deny your request entirely. I even had to pay another $30 for shipping, and the items now returned to me are good for nothing but scrap materials.
Tip for consumers:
They do not honor their return policy or even pick up their returns from customs.

I was returned the 4 items I shipped back to them for refund processing.
I ordered 3 items 3 weeks before I had an event that I wished to wear what I had ordered. I did get an initial email confirming my order. However, after 30 days of no communication, shipping notice or receiving my order, I became concerned. I emailed the company & got no response. After a couple of weeks of attempting to contact this company, I began to initiate a refund through PayPal. I got a shipping notice a week later. After 2.5 months with various notices saying it was in transit, I finally got my order. I was very happy with what I had received. However, the stress & waiting were not worth it for me, so I won't be ordering from Heididress again.
**I DO have a receipt for my purchase. Took a screenshot, but this site will not let me download it - "not 300x300 pixels" wtf - maybe sitejabber needs to be reported lmao

Great deal, cool dresses. BUT - it will take forever to get your order & communication from this company is nonexistent.
